How can I make a hamster cage out of a clear plastic storage bin?

And how do I set it up?
Where can I get the bin and mesh lid?
I’m not gonna pay fifty bucks for a cage.
I’d rather make my own.
And my dad could easily make one.
I just dunno what you need.
